ovako:teretana ujutro-kardio+vježbe snage
š.poslije toga popijem whey
2.zobene+malomasni jogurt
3.neko voce,max 200g
4.piletina+salata
5.posni sir+whey

i tu i tam idem na vecer na rolanje....
ali!!!! trenutno imam ispite pa malo pauziram jer pijem dosta kave i jedem puno voca....sad imam 72kg,a imala sam 8š na š67cm.

da,odmah u 8 idem ujutro....znaci,prvo ide kardio od oko 45minuta i onda vježbe snage...rekao mi je trener da ih mogu polako svaki dan raditi-svaki dan kružni.
nego,ja sam sad vidla da vi pijete posle treninga whey i dextrozu,a ja sam pila samo whey...šta da kupim onda i dex pa pomiješam zajedno?! uzimam obicno 30g wheya,da stavim onda npr 50g dexa? se to racuna u kalorije?

jedan "stricek" mi je preporucio ako ne nabavim ni jedan od tih,neka kupim thermocuts... ???

tebi treba korekcija programa i prehrane kao prvo.. tu je tvoj glavni problem... na ove stvari se ide kasnije.. ili uz ovo.. ali dok ne središ prehrnau i trening nema smisla
