Bok.Zanima me koji uzet od ova dva, oba imaju u sebi cisti whey, ali volumass ima jos i creatin.Uzeti š00% whey, volumass ili neki treci(ali da je cijena u tom rangu 200-250kn)...??Wink

Koji ti je cilj - povecanje mase ili definicija?

Preporucio bih Multipower ili Twinlab proizvode, radije nego Scitec.

Dynatize Elite Whey je klasicni whey protein, on ti je tu da zamijeniš prvi obrok poslije treninga i da dobiješ sve potrebne nutrijente.

Za masu ti treba neki mix proteina, ugljikohidrata i kreatina - probaj ovo:

Bilo što bez UH ne može biti za mjena za prvi obrok poslje treninga., pa tako ni obican whey. Poslije treninga se pije ili mass gainer ili whey sa šecerom.


p.s mislim da ti proizvođaci koje si naveo nisu u cjenovnom rangu koji je on tražio...

a kad bih kupio weight gainer i plus dekstroza, mogu tako piti ili moze samo weight bez potrebe secera..??

Weight gainer imaju u sebi vec šecere. Eventualno ovisno o sadržaju možeš dodati dekstroze za pwm

U nazivu :) gledaj sastav i cjenu, i obicno ti inace bude jefitnije kuptiti whey i dodati mu šecer ;)

Osnova mu je ovdje whey ili gainer neki, dodatak glukoza.

Ja sam smatrao da mi se treba drugcije i/ili detaljnije objasniti, a njegova daljnja pitanja i zahvala potvrđuju da sam bio u pravu. 

Izgleda da si dobar izbor napravio sa svojim prvim moderatorom :)

ej ljudi imam samo jedno pitanje koje nigdje nemogu nac...mass gainer u sebi sadrzi kreatin...dali je potrebna faza punjenja i faza odmora od uzimanja gainera...nadam se brzom odgovoru..hvala

Nije ti potrebna faza punjenja i odmora jer gaineri sadrže obicno oko š-2 g kreatina.
A i uglavnom gainere piješ dok ne dobiješ na masi, cca. 30-60 dana - ne više..

Gaineri se piju dok god se ne unosi dovoljno kalorija putem hrane, nema potrebe za određivanjem ikakvih vremenskih granica. Kad ne možeš pojesti obrok, popiješ gainer.. to je poanta
