8š kil jutros na vagi

cucanj sobodni zapinje triba radit istezanje kukova da mogu vise od pola

mrtvo tehnika dobra sad jos povecavat tezine lagano

(oko te 2 vjezbe mi je jedan covik pomoga sta ide u teretanu i zna. reka mi je te stvari)

prehrana dobra, cheateva nista (ako ne racunan sinoc)

sve u svemu dobro ide

 samo da recen i ja malo sjeban boli glava i tako, danas san cili bija nikakav jedva se natira na trening,izgleda da se neki virus siri medju forumasima

 Zmaju super to ide i stvarno mi je drago vidjet kad netko zapne i drži se dogovorenoga.

U svakom slucaju, jako sam zadovoljan  I da, uhvati me sutra na msnu da provjerimo stanje malo detaljnije.

 malo san se stanjia. 79kg.

treninzi dobro idu trudin se.jedino taj cucanj sad radin sa 60 kila najvise. iako bi mozda i moga vise al nemamo ni stalak ni kavez pa je***a.

evo primjer mojih jucerasnjih obroka i suplementacije.omegu tek od jucer koristin

š2.00 zobene š00gr,whey mjerica

š5.00 pileca prsa 230gr,kuvani fazol oko 80gr(iz konzerve vec gotov), osteo bi flex,ABC plus vitamin,5ml omega 3

š6.45 zeleni caj 3 kesice,800mg vitamin C

š7.30(nakon kardia barbell complexa) zobene š00gr,whey mjerica

20.00 š50gr tunjevine s maslinovin uljen(ja prilija, nije konzerva s maslinovin),5ml omega 3

2š.00 2 jaja(nisan tija vise, al malo ogladnija)

23.30 250gr posni sir,omega 3,vitamin C 800mg

eto tako otprilike izgledaju moji obroci s odredenin varijacijama,nemos uvik isto.

taman otislo 4kg u misec dana. moga bi ja bit gotov do š.5 sta se tice kilaze

eto moje nekakvo izvjesce

ma dobro skinile se kile nije to jos neka definicija pogodi di je najvise ima sala, al ide. jos 3-4kg i ja zadovoljan, samo nek se ocrtava i ne triba puno
