     Je li za masu prsa bolje da je glavna vjezba bench ili dips? 
Za masu prsa radi i bench i propadanja i sklekove i pogledaj jos masu drugih vjezbi za prsa pa kombinuj a bench radi sirim hvatom da razvuces prsa.

Preporuka ako vec svi letite na Bench da prakricirate ne samo ravni vec i kosi bench iliti na kosoj klupi da vam je glava niže nego noge.

   Za prsa radi bench press(ravni i kosi), razvlacenje bucica, 
 
   
  triceps sklekovi na razboju iliti dips, peck deck(butterfly) spravu, chest press...samo nauci pravilnu tehniku i disanje, sredi prehranu i radi dovoljno kardia...rezultati ce doci
