što zategnuti, kako pravilno izvesti vježbu te kad udahnuti i izdahnuti objasnit ce vam instruktorica Petra. I ovaj put cemo na samom pocetku ojacati trbušne mišice, istegnuti leđa i raditi na elasticnosti nogu. Net.hr

Znam da je video ultra light. Punimo malo VIDEO kategoriju i dobiju se neke nove ideje ukoliko gledamo video.
Budem postavljao svaki tjedan bar 4-5 videa da malo vidimo sve u VIDEO prikazu.
Naravno, postavljat cu one koje nemamo u našoj VIDEO kategoriji koja je sad zaista krcata i detaljna.

bolje ovaj clip ubaciti u neki topic o pilatesu. ovdje je odradila pilates vježbe sasamo je ubacila traku . Pilates se najviše koncentrira na ''powerhouse'', a to nisu samo trbušni mišici
