Ima tu dosta faktora u igri, ali generalno se slažem sa sonerom, djelimo isto mišljenje. Ugl, mislim da ako preko dana nisi imao neke fizicke aktivnosti, nece ti biti manje-više ništa ako jedeš 2h prije sna. Ali u dane treninga, obrok sa sporo otpuštajucim proteinima je must have. Pa i ovo što soner kaže, nešto maknit i po noci. što dalje navodi, ako netko trenira svaki dan, svaki dan se mora dobro hraniti.

Ja ne idem spavati prije 2 u prosjeku, jucer recimo do 4 nisam mogla zaspati. tako da uredno oko š2 pojedem posnog i light jogurt. baš sam gladna, ako veceram oko 8,9. metabolizam mi je inace brz, pogotovo još ubrzaniji od vježbanja.

Tako je Furai, i to je ono što ja zapravo želim rec - ne treniraju svi ovdje jednako intezivno, i jednako ozbiljno. Vecina ljudi tu dolazi naucit nešto o prehrani, a da ni ne trenira uopce ili im se trening svodi na neku šetnjicu tokom dana. Mislim da baš ne možemo uspoređivat njih i nas koji treniramo više od 3x tjedno :) Nekome ko prvenstveno odluci promijenit loše prehrambene navike i skinut višak kg, taj posni prije spavanja ce bit najmanje važan...tu treba prvo od osnova krenut. Znaci jest kvalitetno tokom dana i oko 2h prije spavanja nešto proteinski.. ..mah, nek svatko radi kako mu paše :) |

Ja u zadnjih 2 - 3 mjeseca za veceru jedem po 200 g piletine na razne nacine + jedno 25 g badema (to je skoro svaki dan tako) i za to vrijeme sletio sam š5 kila... oko š7h vozim biciklo kucno nekih sat vremena i posle toga ide ovaj obrok bez kruha... Vjerujte mi ne mogu se prepoznati
Za dorucak ide zobene sa cokoladnim mlijekom a za rucak šta stignem... Eto to vam je moj recept za vitkost... Do š5h jedite sve osim slatkiša i praznih kalorija a za veceru samo proteine... Ovo vam kažem iz iskustva... |

Pa o tome i pricam. Ne treninraju cure baš toliko da im je neophodan obrok prije spavanja (i dam se kladiti da se tu ne radi samo o š00 g posnog i sl.). I opet cu ponoviti - koja je žena dosla ovdje da dobije mišicnu masu? |

Upravo o tome i pricam - cura je POcETNIK, ljudi i sve to o cemu vi pricate nema šanse da se odnosi na pocetnika koji em slabo vježba, em se nekvalitetno hrani, a onda se još pita šta ce calabrcnuti prije spavanja! |
