Uvijek gladan - problem

Naime vec neko vrijeme idem u teretanu godinu-dvije
No tu se nakon nekog vremena nesjecam se ni ja kada pojavila neobuzdana glad
Znaci mogu pojesti bilo sto , bilo koliko bilo cega i nikada necu biti sit

Primjer 0,5kg pilecih prsa  , 1kg mahuna s maslinovim uljem
150g zobenih pahuljica (s puno vode kuhanog) s mjerciom proteina ,veliki sladoled od 1L , 500g kuhanog krumpira , burek i jos toga sve odjednom
I jos cu biti gladan ali cu se obustaviti
Trenutno sam na masi i pri jos niskom postotku masti 10-11% , ali ta glad je uvijek tu
Cini me definciiju skoro neizvedivom ( s gladovanjem 24 sata dnevno i samo mislim o hrani )
I  da pijem dosta tekucine (zbog kreatina u zadnje vrijeme )

Postoji li nacin da se rijesm ovog problema

Cuj probaj jesti slozene uh tipa :riza,slatki krumpir;vlakna brokulu,karfion,grah...... od mesa pureca i pileca prsa i probaj 5-6 obroka kroz dan na razmaku 3 sata a ako i dalje neide onda malo stisni kocnicu sa hranom :)

Prijedlog broj dva je ultrazvuk,da nemas pantljicaru ili nesto ne do Bog :D

0.5 kg prsa, 150 g zobenih, 500 g krumpira...pa nije to toliko puno Tongue

Jesi odradio koju defku, dijetu prije te mase ili si opcenito premalo jeo? Ako jesi ništa cudno, pogotovo ako si odradio krivo, odnosno izgladnio tijelo. Možda si poremetio neke hormoncice i tako to...tijelo se hormonima gladi bori protiv niskog postotka masti pa te tjera da jedeš.

I ja sam imala taj problem dok nisam digla koju kilicu gore, odnosno pocela malo više jesti...tocno znam kad ce mi tijelo podivljat. Sjecam se da se nisam mogla zasitit koliko god sam jela, vjecno gladna...

A ovisi i o tome kako su ti obroci rasporedjeni kroz dan, možda se i tu da nešto popravit. Možda i ne jedeš dovoljno sada. Kad si poceo s masom, je došlo što kg vec? S kojom kilažom si uopce zapoceo i nakon kojeg režima?

da bar ja imam taj problem i mogu jesti koliko hocu da se pritom ne debljam uz redovito vježbanje, blago ektomorfima i mezomorfima hehe

ako sve navedeno pojedeš ujednom obroku, imaš medicinski problem

Ma nije to u jednom obroku? Confused Ili? Ako je pojedinacno uopce nije puno ali ako je sve odjednom onda je stvarno problem..

Moguce je da si pokupio nekog nametnika. Trakavice znaju uzrokovati konstantnu glad. Metilji isto tako.

Brz odlazak lijecniku bi bio najpametnija stvar.
