  Najbolje kupit one proteinske plocice za u skolu nosit.. ili ih slozit doma, na fitness.com.hr-u ima recept.. ja razmisljam da ih ovih dana slozim.. pa kad glad nastupi, sa njima presjec malo do sljedeceg obroka..

pwm poslin treninga ako vjezbas popodne,posni,neki sendvic sa pilecim prsima i ovitku ili tako nesto ima opcija,mozes i nesto voca ubacit,mozes i jos malo zobenih s mlikon

meni se cini da cu ja samo od posnog sira živjet. što mogu
jest kao međuobrok između rucka i vecere?

jaja, kao množina

a za u školu možeš ponijeti uz posni i integralnog kruha ili peciva

prigano? što mogu u školi preko odmora ponijet u školu jer

Pa evo recimo nekakav ovakav jelovnik:

DORUcAK: caša mlijeka uz cornflakes (pošto zobene pahuljice
ne volim)
MEĐUOBROK š. može posni sir i salata (odlicna i ukusna
kombinacija, al šta bi mogao jest za odmor, u školi?
RUcAK: e tu moram što mati skuha, al pazi ona, vjerujte.
kuha razna jela koja ja jedem u umjerenoj kolicini sa dvije
fete kruha.
MEĐUOBROK 2: predložite nešto, ne znam što bih
VEcERA: obožavam jest voce za veceru. Ja vam onako obožavam
platu sa jabukom, kivijem)

to je brz i kratak odgovor.. a tako se ne može odgovarati!

U biti nije on rekao krivo ali je rekao š0% jelovnika, a što ceš s time? ako kužiš o cemu pricam
