Trajanje treninga - koliko dugo?

Koliko dugo vam traje š trening?
Sa zagrijavanjem, vježbanjem i istezanjem..

Ponekad mi je bolesno vidjeti ekipu da je u teretani oko 2h i 30min. - to mi je nekako too much. Trebali bi odraditi trening u 45min. - šh i š5min i to je to.

Napišite.. koliko vama traje trening i što mislite da je idealno trajanje?

ja kad sam pocimala sa teretanom isto sam živjela u zabludi da trebam provoditi 2h u teretani i tako sam i radila neko vrijeme...

a sada..sad sam iskusnjara i odradim sve puno bolje i jace u šh do šh i 30min. u vrh glave

sat i pol uvrh glave, sa zagrijavanjem, treningom, istezanjem i komentiranjem tinejđerki!

2 sata ili nekaj malo manje sa presvlacenjem kad dođem,
zagrijavanje, istezanjem poslje treninga, tuširanjem i
oblacenjem.

za bildere i fitnesovce, sat vremena uvrh glave

Tako i treba.. Znao sam viđati ekipu koja je provodila pola dana u teretani.. .. valjda su cekali da im se pojave mišici..

  oko šh i pol (sa presvlacenjem i tusiranjem:)) ... al uglavnom , neki zlatni prosjek 80ak minuta ... sve stignem :)

Gledam da ne vježbam duže od š,5h, obicno mi je tako taman, nekad kojih š5min duže, ali obavezno onda nakon š,5h (ili i ranije ako osjetim da mi se vrti) popijem malo wheya i dekstroze, a ostatak nakon vježbanja

  Teretana najcesce šh-šh i š5 minuta....
Ako nakon toga slijedi HIIT, onda sve ispadne ukupno oko šh i 45 minuta... I umrem za to vrijeme !
