Ja te necu popljuvati, pogotovo ako se uz pivo pojede komad mesa, jaja i slicno, plus UH što fali ako se ne mora paziti na kalorije naravno kao što je tare napemnuo po mogucnosti bez konzervanasa i da nije žuja lol Edited by Iluvatar |

Pivo + whey, to ja danas planiram nokon naporne vožnje biciklom, zašto ne??? Prvo normalno za gušt, pa s limunom zbog više UH i manje alkohola i nakon toga roknem whey s vodom
![]() Otprilike ce to biti 30g P, 65g UH i 2g M. Nije da je idealno zbog alkohola i što je visok glikemijski indeks, ovo bi bilo bolje nakon treninga s utezima, ali nije ni tako loše kako svi misle, to je dosta tekucine, a malo alkohola, tako da...treba nekad i guštati, a da opet ne pretjeramo i da se držimo nekih pravila. Piva je jako kaloricna (uostalom kao i svaki drugo alkohol).
Prirodna piva, koja se jos uvijek pravi na tradicionalan nacin i nije toliko losa (antioksidativno dejstvo u odredjenoj mjeri), ali je ova u limenkama puna umjetnih bojila koji razvaljuju sve zivo-pogotovo jetru! |

moj brat trenira vec dugo i tijekomzime se prilicno zdebljao (poslje treninga je i u šš navecer jeo sendvice,sladolede...može se reci kao pwm) a sada je poceo sa pivom, navodno je od kolege cuo da tada "ne deblja"! pa je teorija njegovog kolege "piješ pivu poslije treninga i ne debljaš se jer ti "sva piva" (misli vjerojatno na kcal i M) ode u mišice!"
koliko je istina u tome? ![]() |
