legnes na stomak i dizes nogu po nogu, dok dizes desnu, ljeva ti je na podu, kad spustis desnu onda dizes ljevu, i tako dalje... dizanje i spustanje jedne noge mora bit 6 sekundi i to radis u serijama. 
   
  mozes tako i stojecki samo moras se uhvatit za neki stol da ti tijelo bude paralelno s podom [naravno stojis na jednoj nozi] i dizes nogu po nogu... cucnjevi... Edited by The Dario  |

    Najbolje sto mozes raditi doma su ti iskoraci, pomogucnosti s nekim opterecenjem. Recimo 4 serije po š5 ponavljanja za svaku nogu. A kad ti i to postane lagano, onda mozes raditi isti taj iskorak, ali da ti ona noga na koju se ne oslanjas bude na necem povisenom. Tako dobivas dodatno opterecenje i to je prava ubojica da guzu!   |

 Uh, ako mislis da je na obicnom iskoraku tesko drzati ravnotezu, probaj ove iskorake koji su moji favoriti - onu nogu na kojoj nisi oslonjen digni na klupicu (ili nesto poviseno, ali opet da nije previsoko) i onda se spustaj sto nize mozes.  JOS NISI PROBAO?! Prooooobaj!   |

     Koristim, da, na crobiku napravimo valjda š00 takvih iskoraka.  Ali ovi sa dignutom 2. nogom su predobri! Nisu ti vise opterecenje bucice nego cijelo tvoje tijelo!  |

    u teretani nema stepa...ali na workout crobiku radimo step plus bucice.... e da...a ti zbog koljena bi trebala ful paziti kod iskoraka i cucnjeva.... ali ti to sigurno vec znas  |
