Hmmm... pa jel nije pravilo da se one dane kad se ne radi ancrobni trening može samo ancrobni...
Prema opisu, HIIT je cisti ancrobni... |

A tek kad se sve posloži, trebao bi razmišljati o povecanju mase o cemu nisam prije razmišljao, al ne bi mi bilo naodmet da malo ojacam... E i da... ja inace na dane kad ne radim s utezima odmaram kompletno bez ikakvih drugih aktivnosti, pa bi mogao malo trcati heh... Edited by cooperw |

zasto preopterecenje?? ovisi sto je cilj.. ali na dane kad se ne rade utezi, trebalo bi radit crobni trening.. |

Vezano za trcanje - pošto je ovo navodno najbolja metoda za skidanje onih malih kolicina sala na trbuhu - da li bi bilo pametno otici u teretanu trcat (ali samo trcat) one dane dok ne radim ancrobni trening?
Dakle, npr. pon-trcanje, uto-ancrobni (full body), sri-trcanje, cet-ancrobni (full body), pet-trcanje, sub-ancrobni (full body)? Zapravo i meni samom se ovo cini kao preopterecenje... |

Ujutro svakako samo setnja.. Ja sam probavao odradit svoj trening bokse ujutro na prazan zeludac, i znalo mi je pozlit.. to nije nikako zdravo.. Kao sto Gym_girl kaze, najbolje odradit u popodnevnim satim HIIT trening na dane kad nema treninga s utezima.. Kardio nakon utega ja nebi nikako preporucio, jer ti nema smisla da dok mrsavis, gubis misicnu masu jer ionako ju tesko dobivamo i kad smo na masi.. zato radije nakon utega popij svoj PWM i odmori se lijepo, a prehranu sredi maksimalno koliko mozes i vidjet ces da ce kilogrami padat, tj. da ce se masnoca topit, a misici ce jacat.. |
