ne, kad imaš trening onda uzimaš samo poslje treninga! znaci 5 grama dnevno, svaki dan, jedino je timing drugciji kad imaš trening ![]() |

a onda cu i ja tako. Znaci 5 gr ujutro i 5 gr poslije treninga, kad nemam trening onda samo ujutro?

a gledaj.. tjedan dana ti nije išta, ako se pauzira ond aje to mjesec dana, no slobodno uzimaj još 2- 3 mj prije pauze od mj dana, nebi trebalo biti problema! Jedino, smanji dozu na jedno 3 grama, to je dovoljno za održavanje

illy ja vec skoro 3 miseca uziman 5 gr dnevno pa san sad mislija krajen iduceg tjedna uzet tjedan dana pauze od kreatina,jeli potrobno to ili nije

Zašto nebi djelovao.. 5 grama svaki dan, kad imaš trening u PWM, kad nemaš, popij s vodom! Jedi najmanje 4 puta dnevno, što obilnije sa što više proteina, vježbaj i to je sva filozofija ![]() |

važi, onda samo protein i kreatin.... kreatin sam prije uzimao pa vjerojatno nece djelovat tako dobro kao i prvi puta.... a nadam se da ce ipak nesto djelovat

nemoj ga uzet jer ces dat pare a neces osjetit veliku razliku radje uloti u prehranu malo vise.jer i ovako ces morat dosta ulagat baziraj se na puno proteina i ugljikohidrata masti probaj maslinovo ulje kikiriki i sl,i jedi puno jer ti trebas puno kilaze dobit

Pa uzet cu si kreatin i whey, ali 90% je prehrana... nego mislio sam i glutamin ali neki kažu da, neki ne... pa na kraju cijela zbrka oko toga, lud sam vise s tim glutaminom
