Pleeees najvise, i to nimalo naivan
Krenula nesto sa trcanjem, pa pauzirala zbog vremena, pa nesto ponovo nastavila,sve polovicno jer je ovde naizmenicno nedelja kise, nedelja sunca Isla i na crobik jedno vreme, imali neku instruktorku koja je bila Bog, kod nje se pisao znoj od umora, uopste nije bilo neko smesno skakutanje za bakice Trenutno se razmisljam krenut' na Tc Bo

  Meni je u zadnje vrijeme napeto da odradim š00 snatcheva s 24kg u što kracem vremenu. Nekad sam to mogap zagurati u manje od 5 minuta, a trenutno u manje od 6 minuta... Cilj je vratiti se u staru formu.

  u zadnje vrijeme znam raditi tabatu, ali samo sa bodyweight cucnjevima, izmjenjujem obicne sa cucnjevima s poskokom

Tabata je odlicna za swing...odnosno, swing je odlican za tabatu :)

znam. ali imam samo od š6 i 24 girje a to mi je preteško još za rame
