Trcim po velikim shoping centrima, brzo hodam i pretresem ga citavog u potrazi za najjeftinijom kvalitetnom odjecom i drugim rekvizitima kojima se služim u svakodnevnom životu.


Također, trckaram po gradu dok ne poplacam sve opomene

Iluvatar imam jedno zvono od 8 kg i od š6 kg.

Pošto zvona radim subotom nakon trcanja ne radim zagrijavnje sa njima.

Radom obican swing,clean and jerk ,clean and press
Radim i vježbe za leđa kao sa bucicama
i jos ovu ali neznam joj ime...na ovom videu š:23

da ne otvaram novu temu, šta mislite o ovom kao kardio?

nakon posla biciklom š2 km uzbrdo do vinograda

tam je teren totalno neravan i za***eban, kosilica u ruke, cca 3 sata guranja i navlacenja tog sranja oko vikendice, po vinogradu i oko vocki, pa opet biciklom kuci?

a ne moram ja, al onda ce staro koji ima skoro pa 60 godina i ja cu slušat gunđanje, pa radije ja pokosim

Naravno, lijepo od tebe..... a kaj se tice tog ko kardio,
ja nekak uvijek krepam kad delam takve poslove, dugo traju
i iscrpe me , a i nije da sam lud za tim pa valjda i
ljenosti malo
Hehehehehe, neznam sam dal buš u podrumima našel posne i
piletinu il postoje bukse za kobase, pršute i kapljicu

Moj kardio trening se uvijek sastoji od HIIT-a... pa još nekoliko minuta lagano na biciklu...

A i u zadnje vrijeme svakih tjedan i pol ima sat i 30min košenja dvorišta... pa onda u vinograd po još sat vremena... Al dobro, košenje mi nije problem, heh.

najslađi posao oko travnjaka je prozracivanje (oni koji to rade, znat ce što je ) s onim grabljama koje ful cvrsto moraš potegnuti da bi digao svu nataloženu travu po tlu...i tako sat- 2.... koja slatka upala nakon
