što radite kao kardio trening?

Evo zanima me što se radi po tom pitanju. Tko što radi kad je vrijeme za kardio?

Pa da pocnem. Najcešce radim VWC protokole. Vjerujem da vecina ne zna o cemu se radi pa da u grubo pojasnim. VWC protokoli su osmišljeni prvenstveno za kettlebell treninge, ali mislim da se donekle mogu imitirati i upotrijebiti bez kettlebella. Vjerovatno je moguce upotrijebiti klasicne bucice, još ako imate priliku koristiti one s fiksnom težinom još bolje jer nece biti toliko nespretne. VWC se uglavnom radi snatch tehnikom, a koristi se i push press. Oboje se može raditi s bucicom, jedino tehniku treba donekle prilagoditi kako ne bi došlo do neželjenih posljedica - ozljeda.


š. Određivanje broja ponavljanja koje trebamo odraditi u svakoj seriji (test kadencije)

2. š5:š5 protokol: š5 sekundi rada pa š5 sekundi odmora...i tako 80 serija (vjerovatno ne iz prvog pokušaja ali to je cilj)

3. 36:36 protokol: 36 sekundi rada pa 36 sekundi odmora...i tako 35 serija. 36:36 se radi kad se jednom završi š5:š5 protokol

4. Slijedeci protokoli: nije bitno, jer dok se završe prva dva ima da se vrisne.

Možeš li malo o HIIT-u? Nešto sam malo cuo i prosurfao o tome, ali cini mi se da te informacije nisu cjelovite. Je li potreban odraditi određen broj ponavljanja i koliko traju itervali?

Upravo to što si naveo u svom prvom postu, ali i sam naziv sve govori - high intensity interval training. HIIT je zapravo sve ono gdje izmjenjuješ visoko intenzivne pokrete sa sporijima uz određene pauze.

A inace kao kardio ubacim biciklu ili setnju.

najdraži kardio mi je preko ljeta kada sa legom i ekipom nabacim odbojku na pjesku :) odlican sport!

Kakve intervale radiš? Jednak rad i odmor ili drugacije? Radiš li uvijek na isto vrijeme intervala ili ih mijenjaš ovisno o tom danu (razina motivacije i/ili umora)?

  imam timer za runde.. pa mi svakih š5sec zvoni.. i onda odradim jedno š0sec seriju, pa opet š5min normalno

  U teretani sam sat vremena bicikl, steper - skacem s jednog na drugo da mi nedosadi, a kad je lijepo vrijeme 3 kruga po jarunu svaki dan.... Nema ljepšeg od treninga na svježem zraku!
