Jel se whey+glukoza koristi kao pwm samo nakon treninga s utezima? ili se može i recimo nakon cardia jaceg intenziteta ili hiita? i pretpostavljam da nakon LI cardia se pojede normalan obrok sa slozenim UH+P

Nakon hiit-a mozes uzet kruti P+UH obrok, nema potrebe za klasicnim PWM.

 Također i iza LI kardia.

 Zmaj, ovisi sta mu je cilj.

Ako mu je primarni cilj potrosnja sala onda slozeni ugh i neki kruti protein da nije whey. Slozeni ugh da ne dize inzulin u nebo, od proteina npr. bjelanjci. Netko naprimjer preporucuje i P+M ako je cilj skidanje sala.

Ako je masa u pitanju onda moze i klasicni PWM.

Mada se misljenja razilaze tako da...

Možeš nakon HIIT-a isto klasicni PWM, no to sam bio napisao i zmaju u drugoj temi, ak osjetiš da nisi zaslužio takav PWM, onda radije mazni neki klasicni obrok. Nakon LI kardia nema potrebe za UH+P obrokom.

ja nekad whey i dex nekad whey i zobene, prije bi zna i sendvic od pilecih prsa u ovitku,ali nije mi to nesto isplativije kupit pileca prsa sirova

Imam ritual da obavezno prije vježbanja popijem zeleni caj.
Ako slucajno ne popijem..trening mi bude težak i ne   odradim sve serije koje je trener zadao...

(zeleni caj samo onaj koji nije u filter vrecicama )

 ja jos uvik onaj u vrecicama jer iman jos 2 kutije i pijen ga samo prije kardia 3 kesice.a uzet cu listice kad potrosin,samo neznan jel ima u ljekarni ili dm-a zna li ko,danas san usput kad san bija u konzuma gleda pa nema
