što jesti prije treninga?

nikad nisam mogla pratit te upute o sat dva nejedenja prije treninga jer imam lud metabolizam i jedem svaka 2sata.
pola sata prije treninga pojedem gustu juhu od mrkve ili nekog drugog povrca ovisi za sta sam raspolozena, casu jogurta i bion3 sa casom vode, a ovisno o trajanju treninga pri ruci uvjek imam nesto za prigrist.
treniram vecinom ujutro kad se dignem, tako da se ni ne sjecam vise kako mi je prehrana izgledala kad sam vjezbala navece

Prije i poslje treninga obroci trebaju sadržavati što više proteina, to su najvažniji obroci!
