Da li vise preferirate da se stalno hranite u granicama
vaseg bazalnog metabolizma, i da se bavite raznim sportskim
aktivnostima il preko zime idete u offseason i pocinje
nabijanje mase a onda nekoliko meseci pre leta oblikovanje?

Ove godine sam s "masom" krenula u 7. mj

Nisam za te velike oscilacije u težini...mislim da se tako tijelo blesira previše..ajde par kg gore dole ok...inace polako i strpljivo..

 Obzirom da se bavim sportom profesionalno, treniram stoni tenis vec šš godina - imam treninge stonog tenisa svaki dan u godini (osim vikenda), tako da i teretanu uskladim sa tim, pa ne prestajem nikad :)

Ne volim vidjeti ili cuti da neko 'bilda' mjesec prije odlaska na more :) Vise volim odrzavati tokom cijele godine.
