svi bi š0kg misica u mjesec dana da dobiju.. e pa nemoze to samo tako.. onda smo svi mi ostali budale..

Znaci, udišeš dok spuštaš težinu (u ekcentricnoj fazi), a izdišeš dok savladavaš otpor, tj. dižeš težinu (u koncentricnoj fazi).

Za ponavljanja su ti decki rekli, ako si pocetnik drži se š0-š2 kako Illy kaže za pocetak. Za brzinu izvođenja sam isto rekla....znaci dizat malo eksplozivnije, a spuštat malo sporije, cca 2-3 puta sporije.

 a program mi se cini ok...

ma ono je bija odg davoru u vezi prehrane i toga ne zalin se ja nista. š78cm i 74kg tretutno a sta se tice ponavljanja ionako izvodin od 6 do š0 ponavljanja ovisikoja vjezba

Upravo to. No dobro, to vjerojatno potjece od one prastare podjele prsa-biceps, leđa-trcieps i onda dakako noge-ramena. Ak je vec takva podjela onda bih radije razdvojio noge i ramena. Jer ako pošteno odradiš noge cisto sumnjam da ceš imati volje za išta drugo + što si vec premoren ko konj i koncentracija = 0.
