pa savjetujem ti to što sam napisala Znaci, udišeš dok spuštaš težinu (u ekcentricnoj fazi), a izdišeš dok savladavaš otpor, tj. dižeš težinu (u koncentricnoj fazi). Za ponavljanja su ti decki rekli, ako si pocetnik drži se š0-š2 kako Illy kaže za pocetak. Ma ne opterecuj se toliko brojanjem vec pravilnom tehnikom i kvalitetom kontrakcije, razliciti ljudi ce drukcije reagirat na razlicit broj ponavljanja...nece ništa bit ako napraviš jedno manje ili više, ne postoji magican broj Za brzinu izvođenja sam isto rekla....znaci dizat malo eksplozivnije, a spuštat malo sporije, cca 2-3 puta sporije. a program mi se cini ok...Edited by Gym_girl |

ma ono je bija odg davoru u vezi prehrane i toga ne zalin se ja nista. š78cm i 74kg tretutno a sta se tice ponavljanja ionako izvodin od 6 do š0 ponavljanja ovisikoja vjezba

cak ni to, ja ne znam osobu koja može kvalitetno odraditi cijele noge i onda jednako tako ramena. jedan dio "mora" patiti al dobro, ima ih koji rade nevjerojatne kombinacije, pa shodno tome tako i izgledaju..da... |

Upravo to. No dobro, to vjerojatno potjece od one prastare podjele prsa-biceps, leđa-trcieps i onda dakako noge-ramena. Ak je vec takva podjela onda bih radije razdvojio noge i ramena. Jer ako pošteno odradiš noge cisto sumnjam da ceš imati volje za išta drugo + što si vec premoren ko konj i koncentracija = 0. |
