evo na vijestima bila obavijest o nekim tabletama za secer,koje uzrokuju crcane probleme jer navlace vodu u tijelo
e sad dali se moze isto desit od kreatina koji isto navlaci vodu. ja osobno koristim kreatin vec nekih 5 miseci i nisan ima tegobe,mozda neko je pa eto tema malo o tome i inace o ljekovima koji su na trzistu pa se na kraju pokaze da stete |

Nisam cuo da je netko imao probleme sa srcem od kreatina, a ako nekoga zanima dali kreatin može navuci vode u srce, ne može
