Imam jedno jednostavno glupo pitanje za vecinu vas vjerovatno :)
Da li se snaga moze povecati ako je prehrana u deficitu?

Ako si ozbiljniji vježbac sa duljim stažom u gymu može ti ili ostat ili opast, dakako ovisi na kojim vježbama, ali u pravilu ako odradjuješ defku bench press i cucanj opadaju, dok mrtvo ili ostaje isto ili raste. Pitaš za snagu stoga sam dao primjer ove 3 glavne vježbe koje su neko mjerilo snage što se tice vježbanja.

Ne idem u teretanu radim u kuci sa girjom,bucicama,zgibovi,sklekovi...Znam da sa tim ne mogu sad dobiti enormnu snagu ali kroz neki duzi vremenski period me zanima bar neki optimalan pomak :)

Jedan od treninga bi izgledao ovako.

Zagrijavanje 5-10 minuta

plank sa jednom nogom u vazduhu,pa sa drugom,sklekovi,swing,kb cucanj(obe ruke na kb),twist kb,burpees

35sec rad 25odmor i na kraju runde 75sec odmor,4 runde.

Posto uvijek dam sve od sebe na kraju ako imam snage odradim 5-10 minuta sa elasticnom trakom.
