 Koliko cesto jedete slatkiše tj.gluposti npr.palacinke,kolace,cokoladice,marmeladu,peciva i sl..

Ja si dnevno dopustim okoš6-š7h nešto slatko(nakon što sam skinula određeni br kg) u velicini jednog k.buena,Lea,3 medenjaka ili komad torte ali manji...Teško se ogranicavati u necemu pa zato smatram da je bolje priuštiti sebi nešto malo slatkog....blago onima koji ne vole slatkiše i mogu nez njih!!!!

meni se cini nekako što duže ne jedem slatko.... manje imam potrebu za tim...
a kad baš osjetim da mi fali slatko...ono,kad je kao kriza..ili tek toliko da si udovoljim želji, znam se "prevarit" s medom... a tek posni i med... mmm...koja kombinacija...
mislim grijeh! ali nakon kojeg ne osjecam tolike posljedice kao nakon cokolade na primjer.
samo... sada za Božic bit ce prava muka....kako odoljeti.... uh...
javite se vi disciplinirani sa pokojim savjetima

ako vec imaš potrebu za šecerom, onda ju radije riješi ujutro
meni kad je kriza, pojedem jutarnju palacinku od zobenih i bjelanjaka sa dijabeticarskim šecerom.. koji ima 40% fruktoze.. to ni ne racunam kao junk, dobro dođe za punjenje jetre... naravno, ne pojedem toga tonu i ne smijem to jesti u kasnijim fazama dijete, ali eto, dobro je znati da se tako može iskoristiti...

Božic - ako vec planiraš junkati za Božic, a htjela bi napraviti što manju štetu, možeš si cijeli ovaj tjedan prilagoditi tome.. Npr. uzmeš si cijeli tjedan smanjeni unos ugljica, i ubijaš se na treninzima, tj. radiš neko pražnjenje.. (bilo bi super ako bi mogla izdržati tih 5 dana na 0uh (povrce se ne broji kao izvor uh)).. poanta je u tome da se kao u tih 5 dana "isprazniš".. i onda je manja šteta ako se natrpaš šecerom nego u situaciji kad si vec puna

U zadnje sam vrijeme relativno discipliniran osim kad stara napravi štrudle s sirom a taman dođem s treninga onda mi ne gine jedno 5 vecih štrudli   

Ako me neka kriza uhvati, odlucim da cu si ujutro to priuštiti i onda iscekujem da se što prije ustanem i srokam nešto slatko

Ja ih pak "moram" pec na Badnjak

Ja i moja jezicina... previše sam obecavala starom da cu spec pa je non-stop sarkastican po tom pitanju

Hehe, na svu srecu moja stara to sama napravi ne moram je ni molit a onda se moram ubiti u njima jer su štrudle sa sirom nešto što teško mogu odbiti cak i na strogom režimu definicije
