nije neki neaktivan lik.ocito je vec naviknut na rad,a nevirujen da ce neki bitniji pomak po pitanju gubljenja sala i dobivanja misica istovremeno osjetit

Na pocetku ce dobivati miš. masu i gubit salo istovremeno. Može racunati na nekih 2-3 pocetna mjeseca dok se tijelo i živcani sustav još privikavaju na nagle promijene.

bok ja sam dario, imam problema sa salom u podrucju kukova i donjeg dijela trbuha... trenirao sam tajlandski boks i bez primjene bilo kakve nisam imao tih problema, sad idem redovito svaki dan u teretanu i rezultati ostalih dijelova su pomalo vidljiva ali imam samo taj problem kako skinut salo
