 jedem jaja, sir, mlijeko, jogurt.......

 

soju jedem inace, al ne precesto al je ovo nisam okusila vec mjesec i nešto, i uvijek gledam kad kupujem da piše eko uzgoj...od kad je moj "program" promjene poceo

 izbaci mlijeko. ne jedi vocni jogurt. kad jedes jaja, jedi 4 bjelanjka s jednim zutanjkom. i pocni jesti UH. barem 80g dnevno iz zitarica

 mlijeko pijem samo sa shakeom jer ga s njim moram radit. ovak zasebno ne.

žitarice znaci, one neke cijelovite sam cula?

ima onaj neki body fitness žitarice trenutacno za kupit il imaš nešto za preporucit?!

 ne moras shake raditi s mlijekom. mozes i s vodom.

te zitarice su ti pune secera (i ja sam saznao relativno nedavno), i najbolji dorucak ti je (za tebe) 50g zobenih + š5g brusnica + proteini u prahu. navecer namoci zobene u vodu tak da ti do jutra upiju tu vodu (ako ima viska vode, iscijedi), dodas brusnicu, pospes proteinima, promjesas i mmmmm....

ma joj, može i ujutro zobene natopiti u malo toplog mlijeka za š5 min

znaci kupujem zobene+brusnicu, napravim shake natopim ih š0min u njemu i njami njami....

btw mislim da cu i dalje u toj vodici od mlijeka radit shake jer svodom se ne rastopi dobro i fuj je

 ?? nebuloza da se s vodom ne rastopi dobro, a s mlijekom se rastopi. kupi si shaker s onom mrezicom i u njemu promuckaj proteine. s vodom ili s mlijekom, tvoj izbor, ali ne govori da se s vodom ne rastopi, a s mlijekom se rastopi. da je obrnuto, jos bi i bilo logike neke, al ovak..

pa probala sam, ostanu grudice...i sam mi je reko lik u ducanu da s vodom ostanu male grudice što se meni pokazalo kao istina.
doma u blenderu ja to sredim savršeno...ak nisam doma a onda u boci smuckam...

znaci bez brusnice?

Ovisi o sirovini (proizvođac) i o tome kako miksaš, u shakeru bi trebalo sev super ici za brusnicu se slažem, iako ako su smao zobene i brusnica nije ujutro neko zlo malo šecera

ja uzimam 20g svako jutro uz zobene i proteine.

s obzirom da ces ti uzimati duplo manje zobenih, uzmi i duplo manje brusnica.

To je to, em što ja riješim u prosjeku 3 kave dnevno inace bi zaspo i bio bi sjeban cijeli dan.
