Zanima me  iskustvo djevojaka sa vježbama za ruke! U zadnje vrijeme mnogo pažnje posvecujem tome. ja koristim bucice od 0,5kg u toku crobika, i tegove od 3kg za vježbe. Da li je to dovoljno? Ne bih da pretjeram, ali ni da visi meso i koža T&#šš1;ngueWink

Hmmmm Smile Pa najprije....teško da ceš pretjerat što se mišicne mase tice :) A drugo..reci mi koje vježbe radiš i koliki ti je max ponavljanja sa 3 kg? ....a ove bucice od 0,5 ne moraš ni spominjat Wink

Također obožavam sklekove (sve moguce varijante), dipseve, francuski potisak, kickbackove, također za ramena lateralna uf, potisak, ova rastura za zadnje rame http://www.exrx.net/WeightExercises/DeltoidPosterior/DBLyingRearDeltRaise.html; možda meni najbolja verzija (nisam sad našla) da legneš na klupicu pa spustiš ruku do dolje (da ti ne smeta pod ovako)...
