Ako mislimo na onaj koji ima kreatina, taurina, kofeina...
Pa koliko sam cuo nije najpametnije uzimati tu sumecu formulu, moram potraziti da vidim zasto. Bolje jedan obican kreatin monohidrat ili ako se mozes priustiti cee (kreatin etil ester) koji po meni ima odlican ucinak. |
