ja recim genetski imam slaba prsa i sklekovima nisam nigdje dogurao, iako je bilo pomaka (kako i nece s obzirom da su to bili pocetci vježbanja), on nije bio nešto vrijedan spomena

  To je vidim vecini problem.. ja znam da nikada nisam volio sklekove radit.. i slabiji sam na vjezbama di treba gurati (neka perverzni Thorn-ov um ne prokomentira ovo na njegov nacin), a puno lakse odradjujem vjezbe gdje se vuce tipa zgibova, veslanja itd.. i tako sam uvijek zapostavljao prsa

ali ne treba zapostavljati nršto samo jer je teže pa sad pokušvam to promjeniti

ja dapace najvise prsa radin sad na splitu 2x tjedno i najdraza mi vjezba i dosta san na bencu napredova.kad se samo sitin ovo lito 60 kila bija max,a sad dosta veci. ali mislin da ce se sad sa definicijon to oblikovat malo bolje

  Imam jedan problem: lijepo sam nabacio misica i razvio gornji dio prsa, ovaj koji ide prema ramenima, al donji dio prsa, misici oko bradavica-pozitivna nula... A nekako mi se cini da bez njih nema slike lijepo oblikovanih prsa... Nikako da nadjem vjezbe da njih pogodim... Sklekovi sa uskim polozajem ruka????

Sam što ceš teško nac negdje toliko široko postavljene rucke..manje više svi gymovi imaju dosta manji ugao između rucki, tj više su paralelno.

Pa davore malo logike, što je širi hvat više rade prsa manje triceps i obrnuto

Da.. logika.. Kod mene u teretani stvarno ima dosta siroko i ukoso za ulovit.. tako da znam za ubuduce..
