  Mnogi  pricaju o tome kako se bocnim trbusnjacima siri struk pa me zanima vase misljenje o tome.

Naime, ja sam pred mjesec dana poceo opet aktivno trenirati boks, a tamo svaki dan radimo oko š00 sklopki, š00 trbusnjaka, š00 bocnih trbusnjaka itd.. uglavnom, radimo vjezbe za "core" oko š5min, i struk mi je porastao 8cm.. Na vagi se takodjer jesam udebljao par kg, no ne toliko da mi struk toliko poraste.. Jel moguce da su te vjezbe toliko utjecale na to?!

a gledaj ovako... da ti neko kaže da radi š00 biceps pregiba, š00 hammer curlsa i š00konc biceps pregiba u jednoj ili 2 serije, ali bi mu rekao da ce narasti od toga?

a i ako je u više serije.. ne vjerujem da se nešto previše širiš od toga... vjerovatnije da su te kile! vidjet ceš kad se srežeš... ako se srežeš

  Davore da nije možda i sala ošlo na struk? Pogotovo ako imaš sklonost ka nakupljanju u tom podrucju

Nema niš loše u širokom ali jakom/cvrstom core-u

Meni su donji dio trbuha i leđa koma... ali ne po nekim anoreksicnim mjerilima, nego for real.. u odnosu za drugo.. vjerovatno od loše IS

ma islo je i sala, hehe.. ali toliko cm u kratkom roku.. hmm..
ma glavno da je jak trbuh...

@Ily, ne vjerujem da cu se srezat.. jednostavno, ne mogu ja kontrolirat prehranu..

bio je božic, mogao je zamoliti djeda božicnjaka za malo kontrole u prehrani

Ma necu se opterecivat time.. Ne vidim trenutno svrhu definicije..
Snage imam, kondicije za boks imam, a to mi najvaznije.. Ionako je
defka za picolov, a to mi ne treba

nije samo za picolov, ima i veze sa sportom i performansama, no u boksu ne baš tako da.. boli te

Kad sam u zadnje vrijeme postao ovisan o slatkome.. Ne mogu
potrosit toliko kcal treningom koliko mogu jest
A sad sam ubacio trcanje imtervalno 5 x tjedno uz utege i boks pa ce
valjda stesat se struk malo..

te bocne trbušnjake radim na back bench-u , samo se pozicioniram po boku, jer imaju u mojoj teretani bas onaj old skul back bench gdje možes stat normalno i na bok, uzmem u ruke okrugli uteg od 5kg pa radim po 20 komada sa  svake strane, i zadnju seriju sa š0 kg pa po š0 komada sa svake strane... ili na pilates lopti doma isto s kilažom, imam one utege za oko gležnjeva od 2,5 kg pa ih omotam oko ruku

ne mogu nac sliku od te klupice.. nema ovaj naprijed dio i ovo za noge držat iza..
