nemoj jesto tolko mesa neka ti ima 2 do 2.5 gr po kg tjelesne tezine racunaj da š00gr mesa ima oko 20gr proteina pa sracunaj koliko ti treba,a ostalo bolje sacuvaj pare nego da to meso ode u WC.

Je li dobro da prvi jutarnji obrok koji jedem bude npr. š00 g zobenih pahuljica ili š00 g muslija s mlijekom (0.9%). Jer od kako sam krenuo s ovim ima trenutaka kada osijetim laganu nesvjesticu?

a i kod mene ima tih trenutaka... ;) to je valjda ipak normalno....kad smanjiš kalorijski unos....;)

Kad bih jeo š00 g mesa po obroku bio bih gladan, jer ipak ne smijem jesti UH kao nekad.

Od sada jedem š50-200 g mesa u 4 obroka dnevno. Rado bih jeo i manje mesa, ali kako cu onda ocuvati misicnu masu, a ni ova definicija nece biti uspijesna ako povecam unos UH.

 nemoj bas 800g mesa dnevno.. previse je to.. radije jedi vise svjezeg sira.. i vjeruj mi, ne opada misicna masa samo tako.. ja nekada jedem tjedan dana po 60g proteina dnevno, pa ne opadne misic

jedi 2 do 2.5 grama proteina po kilu tezine znaci koliko imas kila puta 2 i izracunaj kolko ti triba 800gr mesa je š60gr proteina samo iz tog izvora a di je ostalo nevirujen bas da ti toliko triba

Pa drzim se ja toga sto se treninga tice.. a prehrana, kako kad.. ali ionako je meni najvaznija snaga i velicina

nije preporucljivo navecer, kao ni išta drugo što provocira inzulin - naravno ukoliko nije trening bio prije toga

Sto mislite o soji? Po onome sto prikaziju prehrambene tablice ona je odlican izvor proteina. Evo nekih primjera.

Buduci da je naporno stalno jesti meso, zelim u svoju prehranu ubaciti i neke zitarice koje imaju nesto vise proteina, a manje UH. Ako je soja losa, sto mislite o psenicnim mekinjama i suhom slanutku?

 proteini iz povrca ne sluze sami puno nasen organizmu.
