Da, ja mislim da nije dovoljno sto sam gotovo uvijek jedina cura u
teretani, nego bih nekome jos trebala reci i da me slika?! Hhihihahahahi

Ajde da ti probam opisati...
Bila sam na mjerenju bf zimus i imala sam š9% (i u tijelu i potkozno).

Onda sam se nakon zime mogla vise kretati vani (hodala, hodala,
hodala...) tako da sam bila bar zadovoljna definicijom.

Ma mislim, ne izgledam ja sad nesto puno drugacije (drugi vjerojatno ni
ne primijete razliku) - zile mi se jaaako vide na podlakticama (sto mi i nije
bas nesto), kljucna kost i rebra takodjer, ali moja boljka su - NOGE!

Ne krecem se toliko pjeske jer po cijele dane strebam i noge su mi malo
izgubile definiciju i zapravo sam samo tuzna zbog toga.

Kao sto sam rekla, problem jetaj škg u finishu.

Upravo to. Jer kako se nešto može razviti ako se ne koristi?

što više kardia, svih vrsta, te naglasak na trening donjeg dijela tijela.

Od pon sam u st i kako sam prestala s treningom (prisilan odmor),
izgubila sam taman onoliko koliko sam zeljela. Ili trcim po faksu ili plivam,
a jedem 2 puta na dan jer je prevruce, a i na plazi sam po cijele dane.


Frka mi je sad kako ce mi tijelo reagirati kad opet krenem s treninzima...

E da, Illy imam fotke za tebe samo ne znam gdje da ti ih posaljem (ne bi
ih stavljala na forum).
