tocno to ,stalno baka kaze jesi gladan onda stara a ja nemam srca rec ne tome i jos na kraju kad sam vec krenuo sam si nesto uzmem
ali samo sta sam to prije na treninzima trosio ali sada je nemoguce

kad sam se prije par godina počela truditi jesti zdravije moji su me doslovno tjerali da jedem, svađali se itd, o baki da ne pričam ona je odmah mislila da sam bolesna haha, sad imam 19 godina pa su jednostavno shvatili da nema vise smisla, sama si kuham i napravim količinu samo za sebe pa mi je lakše odoljeti prejedanju, kada idem na faks nema me doma po cijele dane pa je isto okej, ali kada sam doma, pogotovo sad kad su rokovi to je živi užas, doslovno se borim sama sa sobom, ali pozitivna stvar je što sam steklaa naviku treniranja

moji meni kazu skuhaj si sam samo sta ja napravim kolicinu za troje i opojedem za dvoje ,imao sam ja naviku treniranja ali samo sta ni to nije pomagalo ,kako sam trenirao vaterpolo 6 puta tjedno to je trebalo ostavit bar nesto ali skoro nista

najbolje ti je da si vecer prije napravis plan za sutra, sta ces i koliko doruckovati, rucati i vecerati i grickati izmedu i kad ce ti biti trening, ja jedino tako uspijevam, ovako ako se probudim bez plana sve ode u krivom smjeru haha

hahahah ja sam shvatila da ne mogu bez njega jer se probudim i ne znam sta bi jela pa pocnem jesti sve redom, kao kasnije cu jesti manje i na kraju zavrsi na tome da se ne dignem od stola dok nije vrijeme za spavanje, iii tako nastaje moj cheat day 
zato je najbolje napisati si na papir sve do najmanjeg detalja i jos si ispuniti slobodno vrijeme da ne razmisljas o hrani :D

ma i meni je tako dodem do frizdera pogledam sta ima i odem pa se vratim i uzmem svega po malo i tako dok ne skuzim da je kao i kod tebe vrijeme za krevet
ovo za slobodno vrijeme nije problem iskoristit uvijek se nade nesto
i hvala na savjetima

Najbolje je pobjec iz kuce, sto dalje od frizidera haha :D
Ma joj nista, i drugi put, drago mi je ako mogu pomoci :D

i moras piti puno vode, masu puta sam shvatila da zapravo nisam gladna nego zedna, ali opet cesto napravim gresku i odem pojesti nesto jer mi je slade nego napiti se vode, na odvikavanju sam od toga heh

Ako te uhvati odustajanje, dodes ovdje, procitas par motivacijskih blogova, napises nesto, odmoris se taj dan potpuno i sutra se vratis na disciplinu, vjeruj mi nista nije ljepse od onog ponosa i srece koja te obuzme kad primjetis prve rezultate i kad se pocnes odlicno osjecati u svojoj kozi :)
