Kad te god uhvati želja za njurganjem opali si šamar, iskljuci analize i samo kreni. Nađi uzroke tog propadanja, rješavaj to u hodu, a trening nek ti bude ispušni ventil. Samo ne razmišljaj o tome dal ti se da il neda, kako ceš ovo ono, ne razmišljaj uopce....KRENI - kad kreneš ponijet ce te energija i osjecat ceš se puno bolje. Nađi konkretan cilj i teži prema njemu - budi sam sebi izazov i brzo ceš nac smisao u treningu Wink

Slazem se sa Dzimkom :)
A mozda je i jedna od caka da nadjes aktivnost koja te veseli i od koje ti nece biti zlo...Ja imam trenutno slican problem i pokusavam se vratiti redovnim treninzima, ali biram stvari koje mi prijaju - na primer, trenutno mi je muka kada pomislim od nekih visoko intenzivnih kruznih treninga, hiitova i ostalo i onda sam izabrala laganije aktivnosti kako bih mogla da ih se drzim svaki dan da ne bih imala tu psihicku blokadu pre treninga(znas ono kad pomislis ''jaaaaoj neee, opet imam TAJ uzasan trening, ne mogu da se nateram...'')
