što znaci prekinuti un dijetu 48 sati prije, ako se zeli popiti i jedna casica alkohola? Da li to znaci i kad covjek zeli propisno pjesti npr. janjca sa raznja u skrobnom danu.(rodjendan). |

Ma to su gluposti, cijela ta un dijeta je po meni jedna velika beskorisna glupost, imas vec neke teme o tome na forumu pa si pogledaj!
Radije se nauci jest ravnomjerno i treniraj nesto, a nemoj se mucit sa tim izgladnjivanjem jer od toga nista |
