molim za savijet-koje dodatke prehrani da uzmem iako netreniram puno (za sada)ali hodam po 6km/šh-svaki dan i pomalo na orbiju,prošle zime tj.do ljeta sam svakodnevno bila u teretani,ali bez veceg uspjeha sa skidanjem masnog tkiva. molim za dobar savijet jer trebam izgubiti 20kg.
