Što predlažete poslije treninga (cilj povećanje m.mase) osim što uzmem 80% whey isolate protein, uzeti 100% glutamin (prah) ili Amino kiselinu u tekućem obliku? |

ako ćeš dodatke prehrani u whey-u već ima dostatna porcija aminokiselina tj bcaa, predlažem da uz to drmneš grožđice i nakon sat i pol jedeš kao zvijer :D

Dakle, uz Whey (Instant Whey - Reflex Nutrition) i 5g Glutamina uzimam 2-3 banane. To je onda dobar oporavak nakon treninga. Nije potrebno uzimati aminokiseliine kad su već iste (BCAA) u proteinu, a i iz glutamina dođu također. |
