evo samo da se javim,bio sam bolestan tjedan dana...jaka
prehlada..dobio š kilu ...od sutra krecemo
naprijed..za to vrijeme napravio sam si nesto ko iron
gym...zavario par sipki i mogu rec zadovoljan sam

Evo imaš ovdje, samo u racunici trebaš dijelit kilograme sa 2,2, a centimetre sa 2,54 pa uvrstit u racunicu

  sto se tice knjiga nema ih bas na hrv ili srpskom,ali sam naso jednu na eng i poceo citat....sto se tice gubljenja mase do sad sam izgubio 4 i pol kila,pola kile u zadnjem tjednu ...bile neke feste ...ali idem naprijed.....ima netko mozda link za online kalkulator za izracunavanje postotka masnog tkiva kako bi mogo pratit napredak.hvala

imam.. njih jedno 300 sigurno

alit u koju tražiš, nemam


ajde molim te ako ti nije tesko postat mi link od neke za koju mislis da bi me mogla zanimat,nesto o misicima....u zadnji mjesec dana sam tako nabrijan za vjezbe i bez problema se drzim jelovnika,pa s knjigom cu bar vremena izgubit(manje vremena za frizider)a i nesto cu naucit...plz

cito sam malo i nalazio da je cokolada zdrava i to vrlo ,naravno ako se jede malo..poboljsava zile i srce,a poslije treninga sluzi kao hrana za misice...sad ako se zna tajmirat i odredit kolicine onda sama cokolada i nije tako losa...a i fina je.

  haha ma nije al da malo okusa..sto se tice posnih sireva uvijek kupujem od drugog proizvodaca jer ako kupujem isti se zasitim okusom pa mi se povraca,al ovako imaju drugaciji okus pa je fino,a cokoladu cu izbacivat od sad ,iako nedaje puno okusa ja volim komplicirat

  evo da stavim i primjer jednog dnevnog jelovnika:

Dorucak(7h):3-4dc mlijeka s zitaricama


Meπuobrok(š0h):uzimam voce,biram izmedu banane,jabuka,naranci..


Rucak(š3):neki komad mesa,najcesce piletina s nesto UH kao riža i krumpir ,te jos kao prilog ledo smrznuto povrce pa biram raznoliko(grasak,cvjetaca,brokula itd.)

2. meduobrok(š5):š50g posnog sira pomijesano s paprikom isjeckano na kockice jer mi je tako lakse pojest da ''ubije'' okus sira..

vecera(š9):jedna pastrvka(srednja velicina) na el.rostilju te ledo povrce al najcesce brokula i to dosta nje da me zasiti kako nebi u krizu pao..i dodam malo maslinovog ulja

trening mi je najcesce oko  š6h i traje oko šh,ili home workout(p90x ili insanity)ili s frendovima na bazen pa se isplivat..

za pwm:u mikser  š bananu,red cokolade,3dc tekuceg jogurta(onaj s najmanje masti) i malo meda…to izmiksma dan prije tako da me ceka u frizideru hladno..

slobodno komentirajte i ispravite me u greskama,ipak sam pocetnik..
