sad sam se i ja za ove tikvice zapalio samo cu vidjet kolicinu jer mi se cini da bih to sve sam bez probrema smazao :P

Pa i biš, pogotovo ako jedeš tek navecer Smile

Mislim da je tu bilo 2 tune (od 150g), 2 žlice vrhnja, 10dkg sira...tako nešto....i tih 5 tikvica....ali napišem ja još tocno kasnije...

ja ne otvaram posni ako ne pojedem cijelu kanticu i taman imam 2 konzerve tune hehe a vrhnje preskocim osim ako nije high fat day :P

Pa ovo ti i je za high fat day, pogotovo što nije posni u pitanju, nego gauda...kvragu i posni više LOL


Znaci ovako ide....

Tu je bilo 5 tikvica....te tikvice se prepolove i izdube, te se stave 10-ak min u pecnicu na 200, kako bi se malo omekšale.

Napravi se smjesa od tune (mi stavili 300g), 2 žlice vrhnja, 1 dl salse, 1 kapulice narezane na sitne komadice, 10-15 dkg gaude i zacina po želji...

Time se napune tikvice i vrate se u pecnicu na 20-ak min...na istoj temp.

e fino, al otkrio sam bolji sir za high fat day, 100 grama a 40 grama proteina i 27 grama masti hehe, io sad je baš bio na akciji i jucer sam stukao neu ribu u umaku od vrhnja za kuhanje i ribanca :P, prefino mi je to, ribanac FTW

Samo za ovu kombinaciju mislim da nebi baš bio dobar...malo je slaniji, a i ovaj se nekako bolje topi...ali možeš probat.
