Idealna komba bi bila pohano meso + tartar + pomfri!

Dakako, ovo nije preporuka.. pripazite koliko jedete pohano!

Mama poha, ne ja :D uglavnom u krusne mrvice, jaja i brasno, i onda
na ulje.. Ne stavlja puno ulja, a kad ih makne sa pecenja, stavlja na
papirnate maramice da upije dio ulja..

da joj velim da mi spoha u pecnici, na papiru, dobil bi takvu dlanovacu, i od nje i od starog, da nije vredno riskirati!

tak i ja poham,brašno, jaja i mrvice, ali svagdje piše da nebi trebalo UH i masti mješat..

tako bi mogla pojest tonu piletine , a ovako kuhanu jeeeeeeeeedva gutam ufffffffff

jbt, a da se neceg odrekneš u službi fit tijela? jedeš i tonu pohanih tikvica pa svejedno vjerujem da nikad nisi niti probala ubacit ih u pecnicu nego radije jedeš kuhano i kukaš... NHF.

Kad se dovoljno ubrza metabolizam, te se jako trenira, moze se imat
cheat meal cesce.. Nismo mi natjecatelji da idemo na binu..

ja od oka stavim ulje, a nemogu opet malo pa pohat na suho, neide tako

ali jedi ih ženo kad ih toliko voliš, samo bez ulja- peci ih u pecnici, možeš ih umakati samo u bjeljanjak ako želiš. hocu reci da ne muciš psihu sa odricanjem od hrane koju voliš jer ceš tako precesto pokleknuti i zgriješiti, jer malo tko ima tako jak karakter da ne poklekne, pogotovo gurmani kao što smo mi spohaj ih u pecnici i dobiješ U obrok, pogotovo ako izbaciš žumanjak, a ako tako pohaš piletinu dobiješ P+UH obrok

ja se više uopce ne zamaram sa cheatom, prevelik sam ja gurman i hedonist da bih se odricala neke hrane, ali i svaki cheat se može uciniti zdravijim...zato ne kupujem kolace nego ih sama pravim i ako junkam, junkam doma i domace da znam što sam pojela.... + puno treninga i cao ide zima, nije vrijeme za defku
