Imam 19 god , visine sam 1,85 i imam 67 kg pa bih se htio jos udebljati
poceo bih uzimati proteine pa me zanima koje vi preporucujete tj. koji su najbolji
u ovo slucaju

Misliš da ce te proteini udebljati ili biš ih uveo tek tako, kao prakticni dodatak prehrani što i jesu? :)

najbolji proteini su oni iz mesa,sira i jaja a ne iz kante. pri takvom razmisljanju vecina grjesite,whey je samo dodatak...pozz

Hehe, ma nema problema, zašto bi ti zamjerili Wink

Kažemo to zato što puno ljudi misli da su proteini u prahu kljucni za dobivanje mišicne mase i da je samo njih dovoljno i potrebno uzimat za dobivanje kilograma, a zanemaruju prehranu koja je No.1. za to....i pravilno posložen trening + odmor, naravno. Ako ti prehrana i trening ne štimaju, prvo to sredi pa onda ukljucuj dodatke....
