Piletina Havana

Savjeti za pripremu:
Izmješamo sviježi kravlji sir, banane, sol, secer, nekoliko kapi limunovog soka. Nožem napravimo otvor kroz sredinu pilecih prsa i pomocu štrcaljke umetnemo nadjev. Prsa posolimo i pržimo u tavici na malo ulja i maslaca. U bechamel umak dodamo limunov sok, nekoliko režnjeva mandarina, vrlo malo temeljca od peradi, pustimo da se reducira i poslužimo uz piletinu.

Za cetiri osobe :

PILEcA PRSA ( BIJELO MESO ) 720 g
ULJE 0.4 dcl
MASLAC š0 g
SOL 7 g

NADJEV
SVIJEŽI KRAVLJI SIR š60 g
BANANE 80 g
SOL š g
šEcER š g
LIMUNOV SOK 0.2 dcl

UMAK
BECHAMEL 2 dcl
LIMUNOV SOK 0.2 dcl
MANDARINE 9 reznjeva
TEMELJAC OD PERADI 0.3 dcl

dok san na masi bi sigurno ovo,i jeden ovakve stvari, ali za nekog ko je na definiciji ili oce smrsavit ovo je previse

Kako nije?
Kombinacija banana + piletina + svježi kravlji sir + sitno drugih dodataka - meni zvuci kao zdrava opcija.

Nema riže, tjestenine, krumpira - uglavnom se bazira na bjelancevinama.

Zmaj, ti si kuvar... daj nam neke recepte..

 ide unutra ulje,maslo,beshamel to mogu izdvojit ka nezdrave opcije pogotovo za nas na definiciji.e sad beshamel ti se sastoji od masla,mlika i brasna.jel sad jasnije na sta san mislija da nije bas najzdravija opcija sta ne znaci da se nemoze s vrimena na vrime jest, jeli.

a sta se tice mojih recepata nije bas da su za fitovce,pa jedino da o piletini pisen a to svi sve znaju,ali eto napisat cu nesto ovih dana pa sta bude

Udio bechamela se može smanjiti ili izbaciti i ubaciti neka zdravija opcija.
Meni se ovo ne cini prekaloricno - pogotovo ako je za rucak i slijedi trening.
Slobodno dodaj koji recept, postoji š00š varijanta jela s piletinom.

ma znam ali jogurt je ionako kiselkast i bez njega pa sam zato mislila. ali ipak si ti strucnjak

  behamel mozes napraviti sa zelatinom i mondaminom.
dodas malo mondamina i zelatinu i eto ga!
onda mozes dalje doradivati taj sos sa bijelim lukom,kojekakvim travama,ono svako po svom ukusu
