naravno da ti trebaju, nebuš s njima radila odrucenja i biceps pregibe. To su još uvijek lagani utezi ako ces s njima , a trebala bi raditi npr front squat ,iskorake i varijacije, single leg DL , potiske. Laganije nema smisla uzimati.

jedno kaj mi je problem je da ne znam dal budem ikad mogla koristiti oba :D valjda budem, sad sam na kilaži od 5kg po ruci, valjda budem kroz godine došla na 10kg po ruci, kaj ti/vi misliš/mislite? :D

jel ima tko da mu doma stoje utezi koji teže više najmanje 5kg pa na više? dakle, utezi koje ste "prerasli" i sad skupljaju prašinu? ak ima, ja sam voljna raspravljati o cijeni otkupa :)
