 molila bi pomoc koliko cešto moram vježbati i koliko vremenski na orbitreku da skinem 4 kg masnoga tkiva za pocetak ( muci me jaci bokovi i stražnjica i donji dio leđa) i dali je dobro uzimati neke suplemente za definiciju?

Probaj za pocetak svaki dan po pola sata.
Predložio bi takodjer lagani trening s utezima kod kuce - ukoliko sam dobro shvatio da treniraš kod kuce...

Nemoj misliti odmah na suplemente nego nam reci kako se hraniš i kako ti izgleda dnevni jelovnik..

 da doma vježbam uglavnom oko š8 h kada dođem sa posla,a vikendom ujutro, trudim se ne jesti 2h prije vježbanja. dorucujem oko 7 h (integralni tost š kom nekad sam,ili sa malo maslaca od kikirikija ili pureca šunka + kava s malo mlijeka) onda oko ššh rucak pojedem ili neko voce ili posni sir ili salatu od tunjevine ( nekad uzmem krišku kukuruznig ili integralnog kruha), oko š3 sati popijem kavu, š5 sati neko voce (ako nije bilo za rucak) ili makrolacic od mavrovice ali to je možda 2 puta tjedno. kada dođem doma pojedem žlicicu meda i idem vježbati za sada 30 min a planiram doci do šh-š,5h bar 5 puta u tjednu. nakon vježbanja pojedem ili ribu,pileca ili pureca prsa,svježi sir i obavezno neko povrce. Dnevno pijem š šalicu zeleni caj i š,5 do 2l vode na dan.

prehrana ti je dobra.. nemas u njoj sta sredjivat.. samo znaci sada ovisi o treningu i potrosnji kalorija.. odradi kako Zoki kaze kardio 30min, pa ces postupno pojacavat intenzitet..

hehe...sa svakim gubljenjem masnih naslaga gube se i centimetri...

tocno.. prakticki svakim znojenjem mi gubimo centimetre..

 realno koliko treba da se izgubi 8cm u bokovima?nikad nisam vježbala tako da neznam zagrizla sam tek prije tjedan dana

 joj joj zašto se svi opterecuju tim vremenom i brojkama, sve bi nabrzinu ccccc  zašto baš 8?

Samo ti pocni vježbat kako su ti decki rekli, kreci se što više, jedi kako vec jedeš i to je to - a rezultati ce onda doci s vremenom - kad tad, ok? ;)

a racunaj da ako izubis 5,6 kg, ces izgubit oko 8 cm(mozda).. koliko ti treba da smrsavis 5,6 kg??

 pa nekih 4 do 5 kg, a 8 cm zato što sam si tako složila cilj (neko moje donekle idealno viđenje figure). visoka sam š7š i imam 69 kg ( 93-68-š07) nije baš za pohvalu ali biti ce bolje zato sam i kupila orbitrek

cuj, borimo se s istim dijelom tijela tako da najbolje znam da nije lako to stesat, ja recimo na š70 imam 55 kg, a nitko to nebi rekao - uz mene neka druga cura ravnomjernije građena izgleda ko cackalica.

Nema druge Petra moja nego vježbat, kretat se, hodat, trcat, vozit biciklu, penjat se stepenicama...što manje sjedit. Krenut ce ti centimetri bez brige, ja sam ih isto dosta odvalila ali da samo malo stanem sa aktivnostima vratilo bi se jako brzo.

Vremenski je teško odredit ali ako budeš uporna, bit ce bez brige. Mene bicikla spašava...odvalim kojih 30-40 km pa da vidiš kako se topi sve
