Omlet s jajima i povrcem



Sastojci:

      3 jaja, dobro istucena
      2 žlice nasjeckane paprike
      2 žlice nasjeckane rajcice, bez sjemenki
      2 žlice svježih gljiva
      sol i crni papar za okus

Priprema:

š. Zagrijte tavu premazanu maslinovim uljem.

2. Dodajte jaja.

3. Pecite 3 minute.

4. Na vrhu jedne polovice omleta stavite paprike, rajcicu, gljive, sol i crni papar.

5. Pažljivo presavinite i prepecite s obje strane.

Nutritivne vrijednosti po osobi:

      Kalorije 224,5 kcal
      Masti š5 g
      Zasicene masti 4,7 g
      Kolesterol 634,5 mg
      Natrij 502,9 mg
      Ugljikohidrati 3,3 g
      šeceri 2,3 g
      Dijetalna vlakna 0,7 g
      Proteini š9,5 g

U omlet, tj. kajganu uvijek natrpam puno toga, šunku, povrce, gaudu, gljive itd :D

okusom isto kao i blitva, jedino što je jako usitnjen (ako misliš na onaj kupljeni).

ma u 3 promiješana jaja staviti 10deka dimceka i onda je taman za zadnji obrok... povrca i gluposti po želji... Smile
