CCC, samo gledam u sta se ova tema pretvori. Ugl. ante, okani se
kemije, uhvati se prehrane, utega i pocni trenirat neku borilacku ak
hoces bit pravi izbacivac. Moj najprijatelj je bio izbacivac, š,98,
š00kg, kickboxer, vjeruj mi, ne treba ti kemija, samo malo soli u glavi.

mislis da ih nisam pita ...svi govoru da je najbolje da se siknem u guzu ali nije da me je prpa nego jednostavno ne zelim se s tim zajebavat jel nije to mala stvar ....stavljat veliku kolicinu hormona u sebe nije zdravo....ali sta se tice prsa poceja sam radit 2 puta tjednom i najprije izmorim prsi onda iden na benc tako da iman sanse da popravim
