Radio preko ljeta, ali ne na smithu vec na stolu kod kuce , mislim sto je malo cvršci a može se i tako vježbati

Ja sam je radio umjesto veslanja u pretklonu.. meni pase vise ta vjezba, jer je pokret nekako bolji nego s utegom.. kod vjezbe veslanje u pretklonu, mi bi se prakticki trebali savit pod kutem od 90 stupnjeva, a to nitko ne radi..
