ja ga pijem i kad nemam trening..prije spavanja ga ruknem..

  pa ako ga tako pijes, onda je š4 puta.. ali ako svaki dan dorucak + 3 put nakon treninga = š0 puta.. ja ga recimo pijem ujutro na dane kad nema treninga.. a kad ima, samo nakon treninga.. ujutro maznem jaja :D

sve u svemu izade na isto...ja zasad rukem svaki dan trening...dok malo nesjednem na svoje...

haha dobar davore...to sad i ja kotnam kako sta i doshao sam do istog zajljucka...ipak je malo previse tuchi 3 x svaki dan :))

ma cuj..da imam para toliko, pio bih sigurno 3,4 puta whey dnevno.. ali u danasnje vrijeme financije nisu bas stabilne, tako da..

cemu prije spavanja Gogo? nepotrebno ti je onda, whey se brzo apsorbira, a to ti ne treba preko noci....uzmi si onda rađe kazein ili pojedi proteini+masti obrok

  Najbolje ti je prije spavanja svjezi sir i masnoce..

Evo jucer sam kupio lanene sjemenke u DM-u.. pol kile oko š4kn.. vidim sastav odlican..cista masnoca i proteini..
