da se iznojim malo jace nakon treninga jer se slabo znojim pa imam filing koda sam uzalud vjezbao..a s druge strane misice osjecam do boli..

Znojenje je rezultat nastojanja tijela da oslobodi višak topline koje nastaje vježbanjem. Ako je okolina u kojoj se vježba hladna, znojenje ce biti manje, ako je toplo, pri istom intenzitetu vježbanja, biti ce i više znoja, tako da, kolicina znoja i izgubljenih kalorija nisu u direktnoj vezi.

ako se znojiš to izlazi voda iz tijela ne mast, ako se ne znojiš dovoljno pojacaj trening  ( diži više ili smanji odmor ) pa da vidiš

a dali se meni isplati uzimat kreatin? imam 174cm i 73kg, u zadnjih 3 mjeseca bez vjezbanja tj promjenom prehrane smrsavio sam oko 9kg i sada sam poceo vjezbat i htio mi izgradit misice i da se to vidi :)

Ne isplati, još ni trenirat ne znaš kako spada, a vec biš na kreatin, nedajte da vas sludjuje taj marketing, dobar trening i još bolja prehrana cuda rade.

Nauci pravilno trenirat, drži se osnovnih vježbi, jedi dovoljno i kvalitetno i eto ti mišicne mase.

Nema na cemu ;) Ma možeš i ne moraš, nije to ništa posebno sad da ne smiješ, ali ja bi stvarno prvo krenula sa osnovama jer je danas valjda postao trend da se ne smije ni pomislit trenirat bez necega sa strane :) Pa se ja pitam...kako su ljudi nekad izgledali dobro bez webshopova? Big smile

Samo treniraj i jedi najbolje što možeš ;)
