Jos se trenira, kile idu gore :) Suuuper sve. Mozda bi treninzi mogli biti bolji, ali sta je tu je. Sto se tice prehrane, kvalitetnija je nego prije. ;)

Nakon duge pauze, vracamo se na staro :)

Jednih 10 minuta sam se bavio trbusnim i onda 45-1h radio noge... aauuuh ... sutra necu moci hodati, a i sada kao da sam se napio pa krivudam ... 

Cisto onako samo da vam javim da nema odustajanja, nema izgovora, pa cak i kad dobijes sut haha :)

Idem sad u kuhinju da se napunim

toliko ti dobro ide? super ... 

Miske se drze i bez  treninga. Zadnji trening bio onaj mettov plan programa za prsa, prije 10-ak dana nezz tacno. 
Skola, cure...ne mogu sve stici Big smile Ali u cetvrtak krecemo opet

Što se vježbanja tice, ja sam prije dva tjedna imala neki zahvat (ne testisa, al' blizu LOL) i doktor mi je rekao da nema to pretjerane veze s ostalim stvarima, dva dana poslije sam pocela trenirati i nema nikakvih problema. Ali ako je doista toliko kriticno, definitivno posjeti doktoricu.
