Ovo je tema gdje cete pisati svoje rekorde u dizanju.

Bio to bench press (BP), deadlift (DL), cucanj, zgibovi, veslanje u pretklonu, biceps pregib ili nešto drugo...



U ovu temu se pišu samo rekordi, neke rasprave o vježbama idu u postojece teme (druge teme) ako postoje ili se otvaraju nove.

  bench press 6x sa 75 kg, dedlift 80kg 6x, cucanj 85kg 6x, zgibova jedva jedvice š0 (i onda kasnije nemogu nego 3-4), biceps pregib š8kg 6x... Uglavnom je to to... Nije nesto, al eto, bit che to i bolje ... Mogao bih ja neke vjezbe i koji kil vise, al se bojim jer mi nema tko drzati i pridrzavati...

 ja u drugin podrucjima napredujen a u benchu san opa rekord mi je bija 95kg, sad je 85 iako nisan dugo ni pokusa vise. DL š20kg. zgibove radin sa opterecenjen do 5, ali iduci tjedan cu jednu seriju na prazno da vidin koliko mogu,ali virujen da bar š5 bi izvuka bez problema

yes vraga... ali bit ce jednom... sad se opravdavam operacijom ali kasnije nece biti opravdanja za slabost pa cu vas morati stici

trenutno imam 87kg(cak i 86kg ovisi o danima) ovu sam defku odradio dosta dobro, na masi u spici znam imati oko 96kg,ali defku sam krenuo sa 92kg, visina š90,,,ovi rezultati su sa ovom kilazom, kad odem na masu i odradim 5-3-š biti ce to i jace vjerovatno!

Na mojih 75 kila... BP 80 kg, DL š25 kg, cucnjevi 80 kg, biceps pregib 50... ... ali ide polako na bolje!
